I am a medical student in Moi University College of Health Sciences School of Medicine. I am a passionate about the medical profession with an aim to acquire knowledge, skills and attitude to serve the community. In my walk as a future medical practitioner, I love to dedicate my time and service to important activities, particularly those that touch on the wellbeing of the community. I am a member of MSAMU and I have participated in activities such as the World Kidney Day and World TB Day. I am also part of Heroes for Change program and I have been able to interact with primary school children, educating them on matters to do with hygiene. Being a RESPEKT volunteer has also been a great experience. Through interactive sessions with teenagers, critical discussions with RESPEKT peers and superb bonding sessions with people from different projects on matters to do with reproductive and sexual health rights, I have come a long way to gain significant knowledge, skills, attitude and experience in the field. I have also served as a Regional Coordinator for the Eldoret region in the project RESPEKT.
